حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ ثَقِيفَ وَهُوَ الْحَكَمُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ أَوْ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَالَ ثُمَّ نَضَحَ فَرْجَهُ حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَهْلَ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ فَذَكَرُوا أَنَّهُ لَمْ يُدْرِكْ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ وَرَوَاهُ شُعْبَةُ وَوُهَيْبٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَالَ غَيْرُهُمَا عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَذَكَرَهُ.
English Translation
Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Mansur, from Mujahid, from a man of Thaqif, who was al-Hakam ibn Sufyan or Sufyan ibn al-Hakam, who said: I saw the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, urinate, then sprinkle his private part. Aswad ibn Amir narrated to us, Sharik narrated to us, who said: I asked the family of al-Hakam ibn Sufyan, and they mentioned that he did not meet the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Abu Abd al-Rahman said: And it was narrated by Shu'bah and Wuhayb, from Mansur, from Mujahid, from al-Hakam ibn Sufyan, from his father, that he saw the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. And others said, from Mansur, from Mujahid, from al-Hakam ibn Sufyan, who said: I saw the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and mentioned it.
