English Translation
Abu al-Mughirah told us, Safwan told us, al-Safr b. Nusayr al-Azdi and others told us, from Hudhayfah b. al-Yaman, that he said: "O Messenger of God, we were indeed in evil, then God removed that evil and brought good through your hands - is there any evil after this good?" He said: "Yes." He said: "What is it?" He said: "Tribulations like pieces of a dark night, following one after another, coming to you resembling one another like the faces of cattle - you will not know which is which."
