حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرَّازِيُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنَ سَلَّامٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَالَ انْتَهَيْتُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ عَلَيْكُمْ بِالْجَمَاعَةِ وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَالْفُرْقَةَ أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ عَلَيْكُمْ بِالْجَمَاعَةِ وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَالْفُرْقَةَ ثَلَاثَ مِرَارٍ قَالَهَا إِسْحَاقُ.
English Translation
Ishaq ibn Sulayman ar-Razi told us: I heard Zakariyya ibn Sallam narrating from his father, from a man, who said: I came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, while he was saying: O people, hold fast to the community and beware of division; O people, hold fast to the community and beware of division - three times he said it.
