English Translation
Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us: al-A'mash narrated to us, from Ibn Buraydah, from his father — Abu Mu'awiyah said: and I do not think he heard it directly from him — who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, 'A man does not bring forth anything in charity until he has released from it the jaws of seventy devils.'
