حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ وَابْنُ بَكْرٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ هُرْمُزَ الْأَعْرَجَ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ابْنِ بُحَيْنَةَ وَكَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى لَهُمْ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ قَامَ وَلَمْ يَقْعُدْ فِيهِمَا فَقَامَ النَّاسُ مَعَهُ فَلَمَّا صَلَّى الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ الْأُخْرَيَيْنِ انْتَظَرَ النَّاسُ تَسْلِيمَهُ فَكَبَّرَ فَسَجَدَ ثُمَّ كَبَّرَ فَسَجَدَ ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ.
English Translation
'Abd al-Razzaq and Ibn Bakr narrated to us, they said: Ibn Jurayj narrated to us: Ibn Shihab informed me that 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Hurmuz al-A'raj informed him, from 'Abdullah ibn Buhaynah - who was one of the Companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him - that he informed him that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, led them in prayer of two rak'ahs, then stood up and did not sit in them (omitting the first tashahhud), so the people stood up with him. When he had prayed the other two rak'ahs, the people waited for his taslim, so he said "Allahu Akbar" and prostrated, then said "Allahu Akbar" and prostrated, then gave the taslim.
