حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ و حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ بَحْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي سَبْعُونَ أَلْفًا أَوْ قَالَ سَبْعُ مِائَةِ أَلْفٍ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ.
English Translation
Abdullah narrated to us: Yahya ibn Ma'in narrated to us: Hisham ibn Yusuf narrated to us, from Ma'mar — and my father also narrated to us: Ali ibn Bahr narrated to us: Hisham ibn Yusuf narrated to us: Ma'mar narrated to us, from Abu Hazim, from Sahl ibn Sa'd, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Seventy thousand of my nation will enter Paradise without reckoning" — or he said, "seven hundred thousand."
