English Translation
Khalaf ibn al-Walid narrated to us, Khalid narrated to us, from Yazid ibn Abi Ziyad, from 'Isa ibn Fa'id, from a man, from Sa'd ibn 'Ubadah, who said: I heard - more than once or twice - him saying: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no ruler of ten people except that he will be brought on the Day of Resurrection in chains. Nothing will release him from those chains except justice. And no man learns the Quran and then forgets it except that he will meet Allah on the day he meets Him maimed."
