حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي هَمَّامٍ الشَّعْبَانِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي رَجُلٌ مِنْ خَثْعَمَ قَالَ كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي غَزْوَةِ تَبُوكَ فَوَقَفَ ذَاتَ لَيْلَةٍ وَاجْتَمَعَ عَلَيْهِ أَصْحَابُهُ فَقَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ أَعْطَانِي اللَّيْلَةَ الْكَنْزَيْنِ كَنْزَ فَارِسَ وَالرُّومِ وَأَمَدَّنِي بِالْمُلُوكِ مُلُوكِ حِمْيَرَ إِلَّا الْأَحْمَرَيْنِ وَلَا مُلْكَ إِلَّا لِلَّهِ يَأْتُونَ يَأْخُذُونَ مِنْ مَالِ اللَّهِ وَيُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا.
English Translation
Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us: Ma'mar narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, from Abu Hammam al-Sha'bani, who said: A man from Khath'am narrated to me, who said: We were with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) on the expedition to Tabuk. One night he stopped, and his companions gathered around him, and he said: "Allah has given me tonight the two treasures — the treasure of Persia and of Rome — and He has aided me with the kings, the kings of Himyar, except the two red ones, and there is no true kingship except for Allah. They will come, taking from the wealth of Allah and fighting in the way of Allah." He said this three times.
