English Translation
Abu al-Mughira narrated to us: Mu'an ibn Rifa'a narrated to us and said: Ali ibn Yazid narrated to me, from al-Qasim, from Abu Umama, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by a man who was reciting "Say: He is Allah, the One," and he said, "This has made it obligatory" — meaning Paradise had become obligatory for that man.
