حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ أَخْبَرَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو غَالِبٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا أُمَامَةَ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ التَّفْلُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ سَيِّئَةٌ وَدَفْنُهُ حَسَنَةٌ.
English Translation
Zayd ibn al-Hubab told us, Husayn ibn Waqid informed us, Abu Ghalib told us, that he heard Abu Umamah say: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Spitting in the mosque is a bad deed, and burying it is a good deed."
