English Translation
'Abd al-Razzaq told us, Ma'mar told us, from al-Zuhri, from Mas'ud b. al-Hakam al-Ansari, from a man among the Companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, ordered 'Abdullah b. Hudhafah al-Sahmi to ride his mount during the days of Mina and cry out among the people: "Let no one fast, for these are days of eating and drinking." He said: So I saw him on his mount crying that out.
