حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ الْمُطَّلِبِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُرَحْبِيلَ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ وَجَدْتُ فِي كُتُبِ سِعِيدِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ أَنَّ عُمَارَةَ بْنَ حَزْمٍ شَهِدَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ.
English Translation
Ya'qub told us, 'Abd al-'Aziz b. al-Muttalib informed us, from Sa'id b. 'Amr b. Shurahbil, from his grandfather, who said: I found in the writings of Sa'id b. Sa'd b. 'Ubadah that 'Umarah b. Hazm testified that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, judged with the oath together with a single witness.
