حَدَّثَنَا عِصَامُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ ضَمْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مِنْ فِقْهِ الرَّجُلِ رِفْقُهُ فِي مَعِيشَتِهِ.
English Translation
Isam ibn Khalid told us: Abu Bakr ibn Abdullah told me, from Damrah, from Abu al-Darda, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he said: 'Part of a man's understanding is his moderation in earning his livelihood.'
