حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ الرَّجُلُ يَعْمَلُ الْعَمَلَ فَيَحْمَدُهُ النَّاسُ عَلَيْهِ وَيُثْنُونَ عَلَيْهِ بِهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تِلْكَ عَاجِلُ بُشْرَى الْمُؤْمِنِ.
English Translation
Bahz told us: Hammad told us: Abu Imran al-Jawni told us, from Abd Allah ibn al-Samit, from Abu Dharr, that he said: O Messenger of Allah, a man does a deed and people praise him for it and commend him for it. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "That is the immediate glad tidings of the believer."
