حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبَانَ الْجَعْفِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي قَوْلِهِ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى { وَذَكِّرْهُمْ بِأَيَّامِ اللَّهِ } قَالَ بِنِعَمِ اللَّهِ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبَانَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ أُبَيٍّ نَحْوَهُ وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ.
English Translation
Abdullah told us, Yahya ibn Abdullah, the freedman of the Banu Hashim, told us, Muhammad ibn Aban al-Ja'fi told us, from Abu Ishaq, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn Abbas, from Ubayy ibn Ka'b, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, concerning His saying, blessed and exalted: "And remind them of the days of Allah," he said: it means the blessings of Allah, blessed and exalted. Abdullah told us, Abu Abdullah al-Anbari told us, Abu al-Walid al-Tayalisi told us, Muhammad ibn Aban told us, from Abu Ishaq, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn Abbas, from Ubayy, similarly, but he did not attribute it to the Prophet.
