حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ شُعْبَةَ حَدَّثَنِي سِمَاكٌ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِجَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ كَيْفَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَصْنَعُ إِذَا صَلَّى الْفَجْرَ قَالَ كَانَ يَجْلِسُ فِي مُصَلَّاهُ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ.
English Translation
Yahya narrated to us from Shu'bah: Simak narrated to me, who said: I said to Jabir ibn Samurah, "How did the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, act when he prayed the dawn prayer?" He said: "He would sit in his place of prayer until the sun rose."
