حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عُمَيْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ عُمُومَةٍ لَهُ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَا يَشْهَدُهُمَا مُنَافِقٌ يَعْنِي صَلَاةَ الصُّبْحِ وَالْعِشَاءِ قَالَ أَبُو بِشْرٍ يَعْنِي لَا يُوَاظِبُ عَلَيْهِمَا.
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us, Shu'ba told us, from Abu Bishr, from Abu 'Umayr ibn Anas, from some of his uncles among the Companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he said: "No hypocrite attends them," meaning the dawn and night prayers. Abu Bishr said: meaning, he does not maintain regular attendance at them.
