English Translation
Isma'il told us, Ayyub told us, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, that a relative of Abdullah ibn Mughaffal flicked a pebble, so he forbade him, saying: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade flicking pebbles, and said: 'It does not catch any game nor wound any enemy, but it may break a tooth and put out an eye.'" He said: So he did it again, and he said: "I told you that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade it, and then you did it again - I will never speak to you again."
