حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ وَحَجَّاجٌ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ رَبِّهِ بْنَ سَعِيدٍ وَقَالَ بَهْزٌ عَبْدَ رَبِّهِ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مَوْلَى أَبِي مُوسَى عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ قَالَ دَخَلَ عَلَيْنَا أَبُو بَكْرَةَ فِي شَهَادَةٍ فَقَامَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ فَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرَةَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يُقِمْ الرَّجُلَ الرَّجُلَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ثُمَّ يَقْعُدُ فِيهِ أَوْ قَالَ إِذَا أَقَامَ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ فَلَا يَجْلِسْ فِيهِ وَلَا يَمْسَحْ الرَّجُلُ يَدَهُ بِثَوْبِ مَنْ لَا يَمْلِكُ.
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us, Shu'bah and Hajjaj told us - he said: I heard Shu'bah say: I heard Abd Rabbihi ibn Sa'id - and Bahz said "Abd Rabbihi" - narrating from Abu Abdullah, the freed slave of Abu Musa, from Sa'id ibn Abi al-Hasan, who said: Abu Bakrah came to us regarding a testimony, and a man rose from his seat for him, so Abu Bakrah said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Let no man make another man rise from his seat and then sit in it," or he said: "If a man makes another man rise from his seat, let him not sit in it. And let no man wipe his hand on the garment of one who does not own it."
