English Translation
Arim told us: Mu'tamir told us, from his father, from a man, from his father, from Ma'qil ibn Yasar, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Al-Baqarah is the hump of the Qur'an and its summit; eighty angels descend with each of its verses. And 'There is no god but He, the Living, the Sustainer' was extracted from beneath the Throne and joined to it" - or "joined to Surat al-Baqarah" - "and Ya-Sin is the heart of the Qur'an; no man recites it seeking Allah, Blessed and Exalted, and the Hereafter, except that he is forgiven. So recite it over your dead."
