English Translation
Isma'il told us: Yunus told us, from al-Hasan, who said: Samurah said: "I remember two pauses in prayer: a pause when the imam says the takbir until he recites, and a pause when he finishes reciting the Opening of the Book and a surah, before bowing." He said: Imran ibn Husayn denied this of him, so they wrote to Ubayy about it, to Medina. He said: So Ubayy confirmed that Samurah had told the truth.
