حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ مَلَكَ ذَا رَحِمٍ مَحْرَمٍ فَهُوَ عَتِيقٌ.
English Translation
Yazid told us, Hammad ibn Salamah informed us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah ibn Jundub, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: Whoever owns a relative within the prohibited degrees of kinship, he becomes free.
