حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ.
English Translation
Yazid ibn Harun told us, Shu'bah informed us — and Abu Dawud informed us, Hisham informed us — from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah ibn Jundub, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: The neighbor of a house has the greater right to it.
