English Translation
Yahya ibn Sa'id, from Bahz ibn Hakim: my father told me, from my grandfather, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "No man comes to a patron of his and asks him for surplus he has, and he refuses it to him, except that on the Day of Resurrection a serpent will be summoned for him, licking its lips over the surplus he withheld."
