حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَعِيدٍ أَنَّ عَبَّادَ بْنَ تَمِيمٍ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ عُوَيْمِرِ بْنِ أَشْقَرَ أَنَّهُ ذَبَحَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَغْدُوَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَنَّهُ ذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعْدَمَا فَرَغَ فَأَمَرَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَعُودَ لِأُضْحِيَّتِهِ.
English Translation
Yazid ibn Harun told us, Yahya - meaning Ibn Sa'id - informed us, that Abbad ibn Tamim informed him, from Uwaymir ibn Ashqar, that he slaughtered his sacrifice before the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, went out for the Eid prayer, and that he mentioned that to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, after he had finished, so the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded him to slaughter another sacrifice in its place.
