حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ عَنْ طَارِقٍ قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ أَيُّ الْجِهَادِ أَفْضَلُ قَالَ كَلِمَةُ حَقٍّ عِنْدَ إِمَامٍ جَائِرٍ.
English Translation
Waki' told us, from Sufyan, from Alqamah, from Tariq, who said: A man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: "Which jihad is best?" He said: "A word of truth spoken before a tyrannical ruler."
