حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النُّعْمَانَ بْنَ بَشِيرٍ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْذَرْتُكُمْ النَّارَ أَنْذَرْتُكُمْ النَّارَ حَتَّى لَوْ كَانَ رَجُلٌ كَانَ فِي أَقْصَى السُّوقِ سَمِعَهُ وَسَمِعَ أَهْلُ السُّوقِ صَوْتَهُ وَهُوَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ.
English Translation
Abd al-Razzaq told us: Isra'il informed us, from Simak b. Harb, that he heard al-Nu'man b. Bashir say: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "I have warned you of the Fire, I have warned you of the Fire" - until, had a man been at the far end of the marketplace, he would have heard it, and the people of the marketplace would have heard his voice, while he was on the pulpit.
