حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْمَاعِيلَ يَعْنِي بَشِيرًا عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ صَفْوَانَ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَبْرِدُوا بِصَلَاةِ الظُّهْرِ فَإِنَّ الْحَرَّ مِنْ فَوْرِ جَهَنَّمَ.
English Translation
Ya'la ibn Ubayd narrated to us: Abu Isma'il, that is, Bashir, narrated to us, from al-Qasim ibn Safwan al-Zuhri, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Delay the Dhuhr prayer until it cools, for the heat is from the surge of Hell.
