حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَامِرٍ الْأَحْوَلِ وَجَابِرٍ الْجُعْفِيِّ وَابْنِ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّهُ كَانَ رَدِيفَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَبَّى حَتَّى رَمَى الْجَمْرَةَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ.
English Translation
Jabir reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Fear injustice, for injustice will be layers of darkness on the Day of Resurrection. And fear greed, for greed destroyed those before you — it led them to shed their blood and to make lawful what was forbidden for them.'
