English Translation
Muhammad ibn Abi 'Adi narrated to us, from Ibn Awn, from Abu Ramlah, who said: Mikhnaf ibn Sulaym narrated it to us, saying: We were with the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, while he was standing at Arafat, and he said: 'O people, upon every household — or upon every household each year — is an adhat (sacrificial offering) and an 'atirah.' He said: 'Do you know what the 'atirah is?'' Ibn Awn said: I do not know what they answered. He said: 'This is what people call the Rajabiyyah.'
