English Translation
Musa ibn Dawud narrated to us, saying: Ibn Lahi'a informed us, from Abdullah ibn Sulayman, from Muhammad ibn Rashid al-Muradi, from Amr ibn al-'As, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: 'There is no people among whom usury becomes widespread but they are afflicted with drought, and there is no people among whom bribery becomes widespread but they are afflicted with terror.'
