حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَابِرٍ عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ جَارِيَةَ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ مَسْلَمَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَفَلَ الثُّلُثَ بَعْدَ الْخُمُسِ.
English Translation
Yahya ibn Sa'id told us, from Sufyan, Yazid ibn Yazid ibn Jabir told me, from Makhul, from Ziyad ibn Jariyah, from Habib ibn Maslamah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, granted an extra share of a third after the fifth.
