حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ عَنْ أَبِي السَّفَرِ عَنْ عَامِرٍ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ كُنْتُ عِنْدَ مُعَاوِيَةَ فَقَالَ تُوُفِّيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ ابْنُ ثَلَاثٍ وَسِتِّينَ وَتُوُفِّيَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ ثَلَاثٍ وَسِتِّينَ وَتُوُفِّيَ عُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ ثَلَاثٍ وَسِتِّينَ.
English Translation
Abu Nu'aym narrated to us: Yunus narrated to us from Abu al-Safar from 'Amir from Jarir, who said: I was with Mu'awiya, and he said: 'The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, died at the age of sixty-three, and Abu Bakr, may Allah be pleased with him, died at the age of sixty-three, and 'Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, died at the age of sixty-three.'
