قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ أَنَا سُفْيَانُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ حُسَيْنٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ حَدَّثَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ قَاطِعٌ.
English Translation
He said: Affan told us, he said: Shu'bah told us, he said: Sufyan - meaning Ibn Husayn - told us, he said: I heard al-Zuhri narrate, from Muhammad ibn Jubayr ibn Mut'im, from his father, that he heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: One who severs ties of kinship will not enter Paradise.
