English Translation
Ibn Abi Adiyy told us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, from Sulayman ibn Suhaym, from his mother, the daughter of Abu al-Hakam al-Ghifari, who said: I heard the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, say, "A man draws near to Paradise until there is only the space of a forearm's length between him and it, then he speaks a word, and he is driven farther from it than the distance to Sana'a."
