حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ الْمَخْزُومِيِّ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي فِي بَيْتِ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ مُتَوَشِّحًا مَا عَلَيْهِ غَيْرُهُ.
English Translation
Ya'qub told us: my father told me, from Ibn Ishaq, who said: Hisham ibn Urwa told me, from his father, from Abdullah ibn Abdullah ibn Abi Umayya al-Makhzumi, who said: I saw the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, praying in the house of Umm Salama, wife of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in a single garment, wrapped in it, wearing nothing else.
