قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ سَلْمَانَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الضَّبِّيِّ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَعَ الْغُلَامِ عَقِيقَتُهُ فَأَهْرِيقُوا عَنْهُ الدَّمَ وَأَمِيطُوا عَنْهُ الْأَذَى.
English Translation
He said, Affan told us: Hammam told us: Qatada told us, from Ibn Sirin, from Salman ibn Amir al-Dabbi: that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'With the boy is his sacrifice at birth, so pour out the blood on his behalf, and remove the harm from him.'
