English Translation
He said, Abd al-Rahman and Ibn Ja'far told us, they said: Shu'ba told us, from Ya'la ibn Ata', from Waki' ibn Hudus, from Abu Razin, his uncle, who said: I said, 'O Messenger of Allah, how does Allah bring the dead to life?' He said, 'Have you not passed by a barren valley, then passed by it fertile?' Ibn Ja'far said: 'Then you pass by it green.' I said, 'Yes.' He said, 'Just so does Allah bring the dead to life.'
