English Translation

He said, Bahz told us: Hammad ibn Salama told us: Ya'la ibn Ata' informed us, from Waki' ibn Hudas, from his uncle Abu Razin al-Uqayli: that he said, 'O Messenger of Allah, will all of us see our Lord, Mighty and Majestic, on the Day of Resurrection, and what is the sign of that in His creation?' The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, 'Does not each of you look at the moon alone by itself?' He said, 'Yes.' He said, 'Then Allah is greater.' I said, 'O Messenger of Allah, how does Allah bring the dead to life, and what is the sign of that in His creation?' He said, 'Have you not passed by a valley of your people that was barren?' He said, 'Yes.' He said, 'Have you not passed by it swaying green?' I said, 'Yes.' He said, 'Then you passed by it barren again?' He said, 'Yes.' He said, 'Just so does Allah bring the dead to life, and that is His sign in His creation.'
