حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ الْحِمْصِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ الْحِمْصِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ رُؤْبَةَ التَّغْلِبِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ النَّصْرِيُّ عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَرْأَةُ تَحُوزُ ثَلَاثَ مَوَارِيثَ عَتِيقَهَا وَلَقِيطَهَا وَوَلَدَهَا الَّذِي تُلَاعِنُ عَلَيْهِ.
English Translation
Abu al-Nadr narrated to us: Baqiyyah b. al-Walid al-Himsi narrated to us, from Abu Salamah al-Himsi, who said: Umar b. Ru'bah al-Taghlibi narrated to us: Abd al-Wahid b. Abdullah al-Nasri narrated to us, from Wathilah b. al-Asqa', who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The woman inherits three rights of inheritance: her freed slave, her foundling, and her child whom she disavows through li'an."
