English Translation
Hisham ibn Sa'id told us: Khalid - meaning Ibn Abdullah - told us: Amr ibn Yahya ibn Umarah told us, from Muhammad ibn Yahya ibn Habban: My uncle Wasi' ibn Habban told me, from Wahb ibn Hudhayfah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A man has the greater right to his sitting-place, even if he gets up from it and then returns" - that is, he then has the greater right to it.
