حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَلْجٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَاطِبٍ الْجُمَحِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَصْلٌ بَيْنَ الْحَلَالِ وَالْحَرَامِ الدُّفُّ وَالصَّوْتُ فِي النِّكَاحِ.
English Translation
Hushaym told us: Abu Balj informed us, from Muhammad ibn Hatib al-Jumahi, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "What distinguishes the lawful from the unlawful is the tambourine and the public announcement in marriage."
