حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنْبَأَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا سَعْدُ بْنُ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قِتَالُ الْمُؤْمِنِ كُفْرٌ وَسِبَابُهُ فُسُوقٌ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِمُسْلِمٍ أَنْ يَهْجُرَ أَخَاهُ فَوْقَ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ.
English Translation
Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Fighting a believer is disbelief, and abusing him is sinfulness. It is not permissible for a Muslim to shun his brother for more than three days.'
