English Translation
Sa'd ibn Malik reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'There is no hamah (superstition about owls), no contagion (spreading without Allah's will), and no evil omens. If there is anything (that might cause concern), it is in a woman, a riding animal, or a house.'
