حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ أَخْبَرَنَا قَيْسُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحَرَ الْبَدَنَةَ عَنْ سَبْعَةٍ وَالْبَقَرَةَ عَنْ سَبْعَةٍ.
English Translation
Affan told us, Hammad told us, Qays ibn Sa'd informed us, from Ata', from Jabir ibn Abdullah al-Ansari, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, sacrificed the camel on behalf of seven people, and the cow on behalf of seven people.
