حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ جَابِرًا عَنْ الْجِنَازَةِ قَالَ قَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِجَنَازَةٍ مَرَّتْ وَمَنْ مَعَهُ حَتَّى تَوَارَتْ.
English Translation
Musa told us, Ibn Lahi'ah told us, from Abu al-Zubayr, that he asked Jabir about the funeral. He said: the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, stood for a funeral procession that passed by, and those with him stood, until it disappeared from view.
