حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْحَجُّ الْمَبْرُورُ لَيْسَ لَهُ جَزَاءٌ إِلَّا الْجَنَّةَ قَالُوا يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ مَا الْحَجُّ الْمَبْرُورُ قَالَ إِطْعَامُ الطَّعَامِ وَإِفْشَاءُ السَّلَامِ.
English Translation
Abd al-Samad told us, Muhammad ibn Thabit told us, Muhammad ibn al-Munkadir told us, from Jabir, he said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The accepted Hajj has no reward but Paradise." They said: "O Prophet of God, what is the accepted Hajj?" He said: "Feeding food and spreading greetings of peace."
