English Translation
Mu'ammal narrated to us, 'Umarah ibn Zadhan narrated to us, Thabit narrated to us, from Anas ibn Malik: that the angel of rain sought permission from his Lord to come to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and he was given permission. He said to Umm Salamah, "Guard the door for us; let no one come in upon us." He said: Al-Husayn came wanting to enter, and she prevented him, but he jumped in and began to sit on the back of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and on his shoulder and on his collarbone. He said: The angel said to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, "Do you love him?" He said, "Yes." He said, "Indeed, your community will kill him. If you wish, I will show you the place where he will be killed." Then he struck with his hand and brought forth red clay, which Umm Salamah took and wrapped up in her head-covering. Thabit said: It reached us that it was Karbala.
