English Translation
Hasan and Affan told us, the meaning being the same, they said: Hammad ibn Salama told us: Thabit al-Bunani informed us, from Anas ibn Malik, who said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'When God, Mighty and Majestic, formed Adam, He left him as long as God willed to leave him, and Iblis began to circle around him; when he saw that he was hollow, he knew that he was a creation that could not control itself.'
