حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَتَاكُمْ أَهْلُ الْيَمَنِ وَهُمْ أَرَقُّ قُلُوبًا مِنْكُمْ وَهُمْ أَوَّلُ مَنْ جَاءَ بِالْمُصَافَحَةِ.
English Translation
Abd al-Samad told us, Hammad told us, from Humayd, from Anas, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The people of Yemen have come to you, and they are more tender-hearted than you, and they were the first to introduce the handshake.
